Introduction:
A high end private healthcare clinic are recruiting for a Medical PA in a newly created role. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and client-focused person with exceptional communication and organisational skills.
What you will do as a Medical PA?
You will be responsible for every part of the client experience, ensuring 5* client service at every stage, from their initial enquiry to booking and follow-up.
Medical PA duties will include:
- Managing telephone and email enquiries
- Taking and managing client bookings, dealing with confidential information
- Maintaining outstanding standards in all aspects of the role, from client service to internal relationships
- Collating clients medical reports
- Meeting clients when they arrive and check-out
- Booking client lunches, hotel rooms and taxis
- Managing referrals with doctors and clients
- Supporting the clinical team on projects
- Working closely with the client relationship team including managing a staff member

- Medical Secretary/Administration experience, ideally in private healthcare
