Landscape Architect

Job DescriptionWe are recruiting on behalf of a client who is seeking a Landscape Architect to join their Landscape, Masterplanning, and Urban Design team. This role can be based in either London or Sheffield. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects in a collaborative design environment alongside architects and interior designers. Projects will vary in scale and complexity across several sectors, and the ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about design and learning.Key Requirements:Undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Landscape ArchitectureMinimum of 2 years post-MA experience in the UK industryPassion for design and sustainable design approachesStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work well within a team, with experience in multi-disciplinary teamsExcellent design skillsExperience working on UK projects with knowledge of UK legislationProficiency in specification writing using NBS softwareUnderstanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM)Strong CAD skills in Revit, ArchiCAD, Vectorworks, or AutoCADExperience across all RIBA work stages (0-7)Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and report production using Adobe InDesignDesirable Skills (not essential):Experience in Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA)Heritage Lottery Funding experienceHorticulture knowledgeCandidates who have begun their Pathway to Chartership (P2C) with the Landscape Institute will be supported through a mentoring scheme.Benefits:The client offers a blended work model with a flexible approach to studio and remote working.
