Work efficiently within a team environment, ensuring smooth service during peak times. Take part in stock control and ordering, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency. Mentor and support junior kitchen staff, sharing knowledge and skills. What were Looking for in a Sous Chef Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up. Agenuine passion for fresh food, seasonal ingredients, and British cuisine. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. A creative flair with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
