What you’ll be doingOverall accountability for the operational performance of an exciting asset in the heart of LondonWorking alongside the TSM for the contractor management of the soft servicesOversee the fit-outs of incoming tenants and managing ongoing and new projectsLead on all compliance throughout the building with a focus on Health & SafetyLead on creating a 5* customer experience for tenants, guests, and visitors.
