They are looking for a proactive New Biz Director with proven experience in driving commercial growth, implementing growth strategies, and leading a team of exceptional people. The role mentors and manages a small new business team who are already doing a great job in pulling in clients. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth, fostering mutually beneficial relationships, and positioning their studio as a leader in the digital product, design, and development space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency business development, and digital transformation, combined with a keen interest in emerging technologies. Confident in your abilities and decision-making, you approach professional development with a growth mindset, constantly striving for excellence. Business Development Manage the current lead generation team to generate quality leads. Nurture new business opportunities and relationships by developing and closing deals within the existing pipeline. Drive new business initiatives, leading opportunities and developing innovative solutions to showcase their work. Set clear performance goals aligned with strategic objectives, championing strategic thinking within the discipline. Understanding of critical business issues and financial acumen will be essential in driving success. Ensure best practices in helping clients grow and selling in newer, larger programmes Partner with the Managing Director to develop and embody the company culture and long-term strategy. Collaborate with strategy, client services, design, technology, and project management teams to ensure cohesive service delivery. A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, commercial partnerships, client services, or a related role within the digital product design and technology sector is required. Sound commercial judgment with a good knowledge of the Digital Product/Consultancy landscape.
