Product Designer

I am looking for a strategic Product Designer to join a leading service provider, helping millions stay connected worldwide!

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced environment, and contribute to creating the best digital products and services for a global network of customers.

Salary: Up to £85k

Based: London: (3 days in office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Fully own and enhance the Design System, shaping it to support growth and development on a global scale
• Collaborate closely with cross functional design teams to understand user requirements on both a customer and commercial requirements.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and refine designs.
• Design and conduct robust A/B tests to validate hypotheses.
• Work closely with the development team, providing necessary annotations and design specifications.
• Lead user research initiatives to inform and validate design directions.
• Drive the digital design strategy, working closely with the brand design team.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven success in defining and executing design strategies that deliver measurable impact and drive user engagement.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• A deep commitment to user-centric design principles, with expertise in tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, AEM, and Adobe Target.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, driving business growth through innovative design solutions and processes.
• Experience designing across native mobile & web with an eye for beautiful interface design
• A strong portfolio showcasing strategic and creative work.
