Job Description:Our client, a leading Building Services company in the East Midlands, is seeking a skilled and experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a company experiencing significant growth and success.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage projects from inception through to completion.

Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.

Conduct site visits and assessments to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications.

Manage accounts, subcontractor orders, and conduct financial reviews.

Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes.

Perform risk, value management, and cost control.

Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Prepare and submit regular progress reports.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in M&E Building Services.

HNC in Building Services or higher qualifications.

Desirable:

Proficiency in MS Office and Sage Construct.
