Role Description
This is a full-time on-going role for a Foreman team leader with urgent and immediate start date however, six month contract would be considered for the right applicant. atractive salary and achievement bonus. Situated at Hart Door Systems Limited HO and factory located in Westerhope. The Foreman team leader will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of a team involved in the installation and maintenance of industrial and specialist door systems. This role will involve hands-on work with heavy equipment, carpentry, and maintenance tasks.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Hands on shop floor in jobbing shop environment
· Working with the team in planning of job inputs and outputs
· Monitoring methods and work flow
· Motivational management of target timings
· Achieving planned delivery on time
· Enabling engagement and training of operation with informal and formal tool-box talks
· Maintaining, monitoring and reporting job target timings
· Ensuring all documentation and standard operating procedures are maintained and complied with
· Ensure the management, recruitment, disciplinary and timekeeping of staff
· Ensure health and safety rules are followed and PPE is used as appropriate at all times
