Their highly experienced team leaders will also ensure you are completely supported and make full use of their state-of-the-art systems.Overall Purpose of the Role:The Compliance & Payments department is responsible for negotiating, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, processing timesheets and making payments to their Contractors. The aim is to ensure the risk to the company is minimal, to ensure compliance with the law at all times and make payments accurately and on-time. The team works closely with the Legal department to take on Legal queries, perm terms, Framework Agreements (contract & permanent) and Client Work Orders.Key & Principal Responsibilities:Supporting the Compliance & Payments Administrators, and Team Leader, by delivering a high quality customer focused service to internal and external clients. Main Duties, responsible for:Investigating and responding to complex contractor queries.Ensuring contractors have returned all relevant documents necessary to authorise payments; checking for discrepancies in information provided and responding appropriately within agreed timescales.Creating full contracts and complex contractual documentation.Signing off contract documentation for, placements, extension deals, re-issues and end of contract paperwork for administrators.Having an understanding of overseas compliance and the documentation required for overseas jurisdictions. Able to spot when there is a potential tax compliance issue and a placement should be referred to Legal.Having thorough knowledge of the internal systems, including the ability to complete the tasks required by the administrator roles – and completing these tasks in the case of staff shortages.Checking and signing off Client Task Orders. Creating Perm Terms.Checking and chasing expired visas and researching any queries relating to Visa questions.Providing information to Clients’ following audit requests.Assisting with training the team on reports, processes and procedures in line with Team Leader/Manager instructions.Adhoc project work & such other tasks as may be required to increase the teams’ efficiency or following new/amended legislation.Providing feedback to the Team leader of any ideas or concerns with the team, processes or upcoming legislation.APPLY HERE IF INTERESTED
