- Part 2 Architectural Assistant
- Architect
- Architectural Technologist
- Senior/Chartered Technologist
We are looking for candidates with a proficiency in technical design skills throughout RIBA stages 4-7 to join the team. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the residential sector is essential, although we will also consider applicants with mixed use or recreational experience. You must be capable of job running projects and you will also need to demonstrate the following skills:
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
- Preparation and co-ordination of technical information
- Good knowledge of current building regulations
- Preparation of drawings for building regulations, tender and construction.
- Good communication skills
