This is a great opportunity to join an exceptional leading main contractor based in London who deliver medium and large regeneration schemes ranging from 100 - 1500 units.What is expected from our Design Manager ? Will be reporting into a Senior DM and Head of TechnicalWill be responsible for Line management and development of Assistant Design Managers and allocated Graduates as required.Predominantly site based but during pre-construction office based. There is no working from home policy and any occasional WFH must be agreed with the line manager.What is needed?
