Junior Legal Assistant in Dorking Temporary, part-time, Office based £12ph - £13ph (DOE) Minimum of 2 days required, Weds & Fri, possibility for more days. Hours: 9am to 5pm (1 hr unpaid lunch break) Duration: until Christmas with possibility for extension Start date: Asap! Overview: A fantastic opportunity for a Legal Graduate to get paid work experience with a long-established Law firm in Dorking. Key requirements Have a good telephone manner and be a "people person" Be thorough in their approach with an attention to detail, spelling and grammar Act and present themselves in a professional and conscientious manner Show a friendly and "can do" attitude and an ability to "muck in" Think on their feet and be proactive Suitable candidates will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Sounds interesting?…other daily duties include: Typing skills and Use Word for document production using audio digital dictation Manage emails and electronic diary through Outlook Covering Reception, answering the phone and the door Undertaking all filing daily to ensure that files are kept up to date Prioritising your workload Able to organise your work and tasks efficiently to ensure maximum output and accuracy.
