Factory Operative

Alliance Personnel are currently recruiting for factory operatives to join one of their clients based in Birmingham, B46. Duties: * Loading / Unloading materials * Removing products from moulds * Finishing / trimming final products by using power / hand tools * Pallet building * Wrapping * Heavy lifting involved * Hot Environment / Factory environment Working hours: Monday- Thursday 6am - 6pm or 6pm - 6am (12h shifts) or perm weekends Friday, Satuday and Sunday Pay: Day Shift £11.50 per hour - anything over 40hrs is paid at £14.38 per hour Night shift £11.50 per hour + night shift allowance of £10.30 per shift - anything over 40hrs is paid at £14.38 per hour Weekend shift: £12.65 per hour TEMP - PERM
