Hoop Professional Services & HR are thrilled to be working alongside one of our valued clients who are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join their successful HR function in the Cardiff area, on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside an experienced HR team and play a vital role as front-line support, whilst getting involved in projects and working closely with HR Business Partners. The role offers a salary of up to 34,000 per annum (depending on experience), with additional benefits including hybrid and flexible working.

Key duties include but not limited to:
- Advising managers on policies, procedures, and employment legislation
- Acting as the first point of contact for managers and employees
- Supporting with disciplinary cases, grievances, consultations, etc.
- Collaborating with compliance to ensure all requirements are met
- Assisting with absence management, sickness reporting, and wellbeing checks
- Supporting the HR Administrator to maintain an accurate process for employment changes
- Overseeing payroll-related changes and ensuring all actions are completed
- Creating monthly, quarterly, and annual HR management reports
- Assisting in driving culture change projects and supporting organisational change
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations
- Occasional travel to different sites across Wales
