Sous Chef to help with both internal and external hospitality. A Monday - Friday with occasional evenings - No weekend work To produce high quality food from locally sourced seasonal produce. The Requirements: A chef with a passion for producing the best quality food with top quality fresh ingredients Open to a variety of backgrounds including Education, B&I, hotels or restaurants.
