Field Support Engineer

Job Title: Field Support Engineer Location: UK-based, with global travel requirements. Job Description: This role centres around engineering innovation and customer relations. You will be part of a team delivering high-quality field and support engineering services to a global customer base. Responsibilities include supporting system integrations, lab and field testing, and both pre- and post-production activities for electric solutions. You'll work on-site with customers to ensure successful system integration and testing, representing the company in customer interactions. Key Responsibilities: Support customers with a range of pre-, production, and post-production tasks. Troubleshoot and resolve motor and drive system issues. Provide guidance to meet test, production, and delivery targets. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop best practices and continually improve processes. Maintain up-to-date documentation and data. Ensure a safe and clean working environment following HSE standards. Travel globally as required to meet customer needs. Person Specification: High-quality standards and driven to deliver results on time. Strong collaboration skills and customer-focused mindset. Ambitious, diligent, and responsible for completing tasks. Proactive in identifying risks and resolving problems. Qualifications: Engineering qualifications or relevant industry experience. Proven track record in engineering or manufacturing environments, particularly in relevant sectors. Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt and thrive in continuous improvement environments. Detail-oriented, good at problem-solving, and self-motivated. Team player who can also take initiative when needed.
