Shift Patterns: Mon - Thurs Day Shift: 07:00 - 16:30 Back Shift: 14:00 - 23:30 Night Shift 20:30 - 06:00Fri - Sun Weekend: 07:00 - 19:30Overtime Rates: Mon - Thurs: Time and a third Friday: Time and a half for the first 4 hours, double time from then on Saturday: Time and a half Sunday: Double timeEssential Experience: Trade papers e.g. Formal Apprenticeship (required to provide papers) Ceramic Tile Welding Experience Knowledge and experience in Welding and use of associated equipment Capable of all positional welding Flux core experience (FCAW) Understanding of manufacturing processes Deposit welds that pass both visual and NDE examinations Materials experience of welding carbon steel thickness 4-10mm range Clear understanding of SHE, COSHH (Safety, Health and Environment) risks awareness Welding with MCAW consumables Welding aluminium with MIG process Welding with automated equipment My client is a global defence leader, looking for a Welder to work on a large scale naval project, with the aim of delivering the very best product possible to our customers.
