This is a customer facing role and requires a proactive individual.Perks of the job £13.30 per hour • Incentive bonus of one full weeks pay after 6 months (to be paid back if you leave within 12 months) • Full time! 38 hours per week, 3 on 3 off, rolling shift pattern. • Shifts ranging between 7am - 6pm - no late evenings! • Life assurance and Pension contribution • Free gym on site • Generous holiday entitlement • Cycle 2 Work scheme • Blue light discount • Free meals on duty • On site free parking • Refer a friend scheme • Love2Shop discounts, including savings on your weekly supermarket shop! • You will also be joining a great team, with fabulous career prospect and could lead to all sorts of opportunities - we LOVE to promote from within! • As we are passionate about developing our people from within, great training is provided.What you'll be doing Work with a team of chefs and enhanced inmates to deliver meals, 3 times a day • Supervising and assisting enhanced inmates in the kitchen • Work alongside prisoner workforces and assist them in cooking meals and preparing food • You will be responsible for the preparation of basic quality foods within a set pre ordered menu • Effective and efficient food production in line with recipe sheets • Full knowledge of all menu items served • Ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy • Fill in all relevant paperwork and due diligence forms • Be an excellent team player and be able to deal with conflict if it arises • Undertake relevant training as requiredExperience• Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have legal right to work• Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks• Previous supervisory skills (2 years minimum)• Experience working in a large scale kitchenAbout AramarkNorthern Europe - Our MissionRooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.Northern Europe - About AramarkAramark is a leading service and solutions provider in Northern Europe.
