We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our clients award-winning podiatry centre. You will play a vital role in supporting the team of podiatrists and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for their patients. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the office and providing excellent customer service. Package: * £23,500 per year * Permanent contract * Working hours 9am-5pm * Full time contract * Alternate Saturdays * Chance to work with award winning company. * Support to develop career and skills. * Be part of a supportive and collaborative team, making a difference to patients' health. * Company events and other perks Responsibilities: * Greet patients on arrival, manage reception duties, and answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. * Schedule appointments (considering patient needs and podiatrist availability). * Send appointment confirmations and reminders. * Maintain accurate patient records (adhering to GDPR regulations). * Process patient payments (if applicable). * Maintain a clean and professional reception area. * Assist podiatrists with paperwork and administrative tasks. * Completing general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. * Ensuring all experience outstanding levels of customer service and feel valued. Knowledge and Skills: * Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. * Strong experience in office administration. * Excellent organisational and time management skills. * Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Accuracy and attention to detail. * Discreet and professional manner. * Basic understanding of podiatry terminology (desirable). * Experience working in a healthcare environment (desirable).
