Construction Project Manager | North | Client-Side

Our client, a leading organisation with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability, is looking to recruit a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee a range of construction, engineering, and landscape projects. This role will focus on managing a diverse portfolio of projects in a cost-effective, safe, and timely manner. With a strong pipeline of future projects, this is hugely exciting opportunity! The Construction Project Manager role will involve: Managing construction, engineering, and landscape projects from inception to completion. Liaise with cross-functional teams and external contractors to ensure project delivery. Oversee budget management, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. Manage projects across the northern region, with specific focus on sites in Salford and Harrogate. Regularly report to senior management and stakeholders, providing clear updates on project progress and any issues. Construction Project Manager role requirements: Relevant professional qualifications and/or membership of RICS/CIOB (or equivalent experience). Strong technical knowledge and project management skills, particularly within construction and estates. Experience working with external contractors and managing large-scale projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management. A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Ability to work in a client-side role, liaising with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
