We are seeking an ESG Manager with a visionary approach to lead and enhance the ESG strategy for the Dains group.You will be responsible for developing and implementing successful ESG initiatives. We are interested to hear from you if you are able to inspire and influence both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that our ESG initiatives are integrated into our broader business objectives and contribute positively to our firm's reputation and sustainability goals.Your role as an ESG ManagerLead the development and execution of a comprehensive ESG strategy that aligns with the firm’s business objectives and sustainability goals. Ensure the integration of ESG factors into corporate policies and practices.Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote ESG initiatives. Foster strong relationships with industry peers, regulatory bodies and community organisations to enhance the firm’s ESG profile.Oversee the preparation of ESG reports, ensuring compliance with national and international ESG standards and regulations.Develop and deliver training programmes that educate employees at all levels about the important of ESG principles and their role in our firms sustainability efforts.Stay abrest of emerging trends and innovations in ESG practices. Implement best practices and cutting-edge solutions that can enhance the firms ESG performance and leadership in the industry.Your education, skills and experienceExtensive knowledge and practical experience in developing and managing ESG initiatives within a corporate setting. Your expertise includes understanding sustainability practices, implementing practical carbon tracking processes, regulatory compliance and ESG reporting frameworks.Demonstrate strong strategic planning abilities with experience in implementing comprehensive ESG strategies aligned with business objectives.Proven leadership skills are essentialStrong analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.What We OfferAt Dains, our employees are our greatest asset.
