We are looking for an HR Systems & Data Administrator who would like to help us reach our mission to earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service. This is a 12 month fixed term contract As the HR Systems & Data Administrator your key responsibilities are Assist with the implementation of the HR Information System (HRIS) including testing, configuration, project work, planning and organisation Assist with compiling and running reports from the HRIS and the HR Service Desk Hold responsibility for the HRIS, including assisting with updating the system and amending access to enable effective use across the Group of companies Assist with the maintenance of the HR Service Desk to enable a timely first line response service To be the initial contact for resolving or supporting the resolution of problems related to the operation of the HRIS About you Excellent administration skills including Microsoft Excel Highly organised with the ability to prioritise Experience of using databases Excellent attention to detail Good knowledge of data protection including GDPR requirements Passionate about HR technology and data, along with systems configuration What can you expect from us At least the cost of living pay increase every year Company pension contributions up to 10% if employees contribute 5% 33 days holiday including bank holidays with the ability to purchase an additional 10 Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay £750 net of tax to refer friends and family Hybrid working for eligible roles Development opportunities to reach your career aspirations BUUK has an award-winning culture.
