VANRATH are delighted to be working with a leading company in NI who are looking for and E-Billing Assistant to join their growing team. You will support all aspects of the e-billing life cycle, including uploading eBills, managing rejections, handling queries, coordinating accruals and budgets, updating vendor sites, and assisting with ad hoc tasks.A great opportunity to join a dynamic team to contribute to a leading firm with a collaborative and professional to the E-Billing Manager, the E-Billing Assistant will be responsible for E-Billing support to the divisions across the firm. Handle eBilling queries promptly and professionally. Manage rejections and ensure timely resubmissions. Update third-party vendor sites, such as timekeepers and rates. Coordinate and submit accruals, reports, and budgets to client portals. Manage workload through the eBilling inbox. Complete ad hoc tasks as needed. About you Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word. Proficient in using Excel. Have good numeracy skills. Have the ability to work to tight deadlines Excellent attention to detail. Excellent organisational skills.
