You will be managing our operations and sales network so regular, National travel will be required.In this role, you’ll be responsible for:Develop the long-term operational & network strategy of Infrastructure.Develop and manage your direct reports through coaching, development and regular feedback.Drive team engagement and instil a culture of continuous improvement across the business unit, both in terms of personal development and process/system/ relationship improvement.Develop & implement plans that deliver on the company’s objectives in order to maximise customer service, sales & profit.Aligning the sales and operations team whilst driving a one team mentality.Develop a culture within the teams in which they are focused on results, motivated to deliver and empowered to demonstrate entrepreneurial and innovative flair.Work with category and various other internal teams, building and maintaining key relationships.And here’s what we’d like you to have: Proven experience of working in a senior operational or sales role, in a mid to large, complex organisationExperience of inspiring and leading large teams, able to demonstrate a record of building/directing teams to develop new business, exceed targets and improve revenue and marginsCustomer focused, strategic thinker, passion for delivering results and successExperience of developing sales, operational and customer service strategiesInnovative thinker, highly driven, articulate communicatorAlso, did we mention?
