Graduate Site Manager Apprentice

4-year graduate Site Manager apprenticeship

Fomac is looking for two candidates for a four-year graduate apprenticeship to become Qualified site managers. The apprenticeship will include all the relevant courses needed to become a site manager (CSCS, SMSTS, first aid etc.) by day release and night class as well as gaining the necessary experience through working. The apprenticeship will be based in Dagenham.

Successful applicants will:

• Have a BA Honours or BSC Honours degree
• Have excellent communication skills, collaboration skills and enjoy working with multiple teams
• Be Results driven with strong time management and leadership skills
• Have Effective problemsolving skills and an ability to work to strict deadlines
• Have great organisational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and willingness to ask for help when needed and supporting other team members when required
• Have a curiosity to learn quickly in a reactive and dynamic working environment
• Have an enthusiasm and a strong interest in construction and site management, with a desire to develop a career in this field
• A right to work in the UK
