Brand Manager £45,000 plus exceptional benefits package Ilchester, Somerset Office-based 3 days a week This a fantastic opportunity to join the brand marketing team at Norseland, an ambitious and innovative cheese business, based in beautiful Somerset. We’re looking for a brand-savvy marketer with a background in FMCG, with skills across the marketing mix including brand planning, comms, activation, NPD and digital. As Brand Manager for the iconic Applewood® and Jarlsberg® cheese brands, you will be joining the business at a pivotal point in its journey. With a new senior leadership team bringing fresh focus to the brand portfolio, this is a great role for an experienced ‘foodie’ marketer to make a real impact. Passionate about brands and consumers, you understand the key values and drivers that differentiate your brand from the competition. Using data and insights to guide your strategy and planning, you have a clear vision of what success looks like, and can persuade and influence across functions to make it happen. You have extensive experience managing campaigns and budgets, and have worked with external partners such as agencies and licensors to drive business growth. A confident communicator with strong presentation skills, you’re in your element working at pace across multiple projects. A natural problem-solver and creative thinker, you can navigate complexity to deliver outstanding results. This is a hybrid role, but regular on-site working and flexibility around key meetings will be essential for effective project management and optimum success, so it is important that you are based within a reasonable commute of our Ilchester site.
