Essential Skills:
- 5+ years of CRM management and analytics experience
- Strong expertise with SQL
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar complex CRM systems such as Adobe Campaigns or Braze)
- Expertise building dashboards with tools like PowerBI
- Knowledge and understanding about Google Analytics and wider marketing analytics.
- A keen eye for building automation workflows that streamline operations
- Ability to make complex data simple and actionable
- Highly organised, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
