Job Title: Regional Account Manager

Main Purpose of the Role:


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing margin and revenue within a designated geographical territory, ensuring the annual sales plans are achieved. You will be tasked with selling my clients full range of products and service offerings within the scope of a structured territory plan.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Achieve agreed annual revenue and margin targets, with a minimum revenue responsibility of £600,000 (subject to revision).
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with direct customers within the designated region, while servicing key and strategic accounts as defined by the Sales Director.
  • Maximise revenue potential by promoting all my clients products and service options.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in competitor products, market trends, and customer needs to provide innovative, tailored solutions.
  • Deliver professional on-site support to key and strategic accounts.
  • Lead the development of customer focus initiatives within the company, fostering a client-eccentric culture among non-customer-facing colleagues.
  • Comply with the company's policies and ensure decision-making is conducted at the correct level.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from shop floor personnel to senior decision-makers.
  • A proactive approach to sales, with a keen eye for identifying and developing new opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently under the guidance of a Regional Sales Manager.
  • Experience in sales, preferably within a similar industry, with proven results in achieving revenue targets.
  • A deep understanding of the market and competitor landscape to drive competitive advantage.

Package:


Basic salary: Up to £36k

Bonus: £20-25k

Company car, fuel card, 25 days annual leave (plus 8 days annual leave) + plus much much more.
