Projects Director

This major London based International bank are looking to recruit a professional individual who has acquired a minimum of 10 years proven Project management work experience within the financial sector. To be considered for this role applicants must have demonstrable work experience managing Project managers covering numerous Operations projects. Primary duties will include:- To plan, direct and govern regional and International operations portfolio and in scope expense projects, ensuring quality outcomes, time lines and cost requirements are met. To recruit, line manage and develop project managers, to manage delivery and resolve conflict and mitigate change risk and advise the business on decisions relating to change using key skills such as portfolio roadmap/critical path analysis. Exemplary interpersonal skills are essential for this role
