The Role
As a UI/UX Designer at Squibble, you’ll take charge of projects from client briefs to final builds. You’ll create engaging wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that turn client visions into seamless WordPress websites. You will also lead workshops, gathering valuable insights to inform your designs, ensuring they are user-centred and align with our clients' business goals.
You'll collaborate closely with our development team and clients, ensuring that designs meet both aesthetic and functional standards. Additionally, you’ll keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, ensuring all projects meet modern web standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of design projects from concept through to final delivery.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using industry-standard software.
- Lead workshops to gather insights and analyse user behaviour.
- Translate designs into interactive WordPress websites.
- Work collaboratively with developers to produce high-fidelity concepts and associated graphics.
- Present and articulate creative designs to clients.
- Conduct layout adjustments and troubleshoot UX problems.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, ensuring design consistency across all platforms.
About You:

We’re looking for a creative, design-driven professional who thrives on challenges and is passionate about creating engaging B2B digital experiences.
You should have at least 2 years’ experience in a design agency and an excellent portfolio that showcases your work. A strong eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are a must.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Design, or a related field.
- At least 2 years' experience in a design agency.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and experience with XD or Figma.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design practices and UX methodologies.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups.
- Experience in designing for WordPress websites.
- Excellent graphic design skills with a solid understanding of typography, layout, and colour.
