As the company experiences continued growth, there is an opportunity for a two skilled Solar Electricians to join their dedicated team. Job Description: The Solar Electrician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar panel systems. This role involves working on various residential and commercial projects, ensuring all work meets industry standards and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be expected to provide exceptional service and maintain the company’s reputation for delivering high-quality results. Key Responsibilities: ? Install, test, and commission solar PV systems. ? Perform routine maintenance and repair on solar installations. ? Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes and standards. ? Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with solar power systems. ? Work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Qualifications & Requirements: Required Certifications: ? NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent ? 18th Edition Wiring Regulations ? City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 (Inspection & Testing) ? Solar PV Installation certification (e.g., MCS, NICEIC) Experience: ? Proven experience in solar PV installation and maintenance ? Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols Skills: ? Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans ? Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills ? Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach Other Requirements: ? Full UK driving license ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team ?
