JOB DESCRIPTION SEN Teaching Assistant SEN Teaching Assistant Supporting children with SEN ASD and speech difficulties (non-verbal) 1:1 and group support in and out of the classroom ASAP start Long-term & full time, until July 2025 £85 - £100 per day (depending on experience) PERSON SPECIFICATION SEN Teaching Assistant Degree from a reputable University preferred, good academics throughout Good understanding of SEN is required Experience in a previous role, or personal experience with SEN, is essential Ability to use own initiative Calm and compassionate nature Holds a registered DBS or be willing to apply for one ASAP SCHOOL DETAILS SEN Teaching Assistant Graded Outstanding by Ofsted 2 Form Entry Primary School Outstanding behaviour across the school Fantastic resources to support learning, including outdoor provision High aspirations for learning Wide and diverse range of learning opportunities, in and out of the classroom Regular training opportunities for members of staff Located in the borough of Harrow Good transport links access by Overground, Bakerloo line and rail) as well as several bus routes If you are interested in this SEN Teaching Assistant opportunity , trial days can be arranged immediately!!
