Associate Research Director (Quantitative) London (Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office) Award-winning insight agency that uses frameworks from design thinking to transform brands and unlock innovation. Clients are big, global consumer brands with a strong FMCG portfolio. The culture is great, friendly and supportive, with hybrid working (2 days in the office per week). Quantitative Associate Director role with a focus on leading and running ad hoc research studies across local and global markets. The Associate Director will lead research work from design to debrief - this will include managing clients and more junior researchers, plus the quality of the outputs. You will be hands on in the work, running quantitative research programmes and in translating data into insights that shape brand, design and innovation strategies. Expertise in consumer research. Quantitative research toolkit that includes survey and questionnaire design, and data analysis. Experience working on global, ad hoc quantitative studies. Relevant client / industry experience to include consumer and FMCG brands Experience working on brand design and innovation challenges / a real passion for the space with the ability to get smart about it, fast.
