Mobile Lead Fabric Engineer

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Lead Fabric Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a Mobile Lead Fabric Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Mobile Lead Fabric Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Mobile Lead Fabric Engineer, will be responsible for: * Surveying sites, identifying works required and producing fully estimated and costed proposals. * This is a large geographical patch so there will be a considerable amount of travel required. * Ensuring that all materials and equipment have been assessed, ordered and available when required. * You will be responsible for engaging with site representatives, site set up, management of Health & Safety and ensuring works are delivered to the highest standard. * Undertaking quality assurance checks of work completed by your team and complete snagging activities as required. * You will be required to complete site by site reporting, produce completion evidence and seek customer feedback. To be successful for this Mobile Lead Fabric Engineer role you must have: * Qualified to Level 3 City & Guilds or equivalent in a relevant discipline. * Full current driving licence and be willing to travel, be IT literate (competent in the use of standard MS Office applications) * Have good customer service skills and be physically able to carry out the fuller duties detailed in the job description. * Supervisory background in facilities or mobile maintenance, construction sector or similar * Management of Health & Safety is key to the role it will be expected that the candidate will have relevant certification and qualifications.
