We provide a vast amount of experience in recruiting senior-level roles across the UK, EU and US markets. The Role Kennedy Fox are looking to hire experienced Executive Search Consultants at a variety of levels to develop new accounts within one of our company sectors; Industrial, Science, and Engineering across Europe and USA. As this is a 360 position, candidates will be required to develop new businesses, source candidates, and manage the offer and completion process. Usual targets vary from £125,000 - £250,000 depending on the experience of the consultant and whether they intend to build a team or manage their own desk independently with the support of a delivery consultant. Responsibilities 360-degree position sourcing new opportunities and filling own assignments while supporting candidates through the offer and onboarding process. Build relationships with new contacts in your chosen market to win retained and speculative business. Continuously grow and nurture your network to stay abreast of market intelligence, source new candidates and develop your desk. Attend trade shows and conferences in the UK and Internationally. We would usually expect you to attend 2-3 exhibitions per year with ad hoc travel to client sites and candidate interviews. Manage your own time and diary accordingly. We are not a KPI driven business and expect consultants to be able to manage their own activities to deliver financial results. Complete administrative tasks including profiling CVs and keeping the database up to date. Personal marketing activities including LinkedIn advertising, sourcing testimonials and recommendations. The Ideal Candidate Will have worked in an Executive Search role in a 360 position. Be a competent business developer with a passion for delivering on targets set. Able to motivate themselves in a remote environment without company set KPIs. Have a proven track record within their area of expertise and will have placed candidates within UK, Europe and/or US with salaries of £60,000+ (or equivalent). Will have exemplary communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail. Success in pitching and winning retained assignments is desirable but not essential. Speaking an additional European Language would be advantageous. Willing to travel internationally for business including multiple nights away from home. Key Details Home based. Required to be on site in a Leeds 1 day per week (10am - 3pm) Core hours are 10.00 – 15.00 where any internal meetings/discussions will take place so consultants are expected to be available during these times if required. Monthly, quarterly and annual commission payments 25 days + Birthday holiday
