Assembly Operative

Accept Recruitment is looking for skilled Assembly Operatives to join our client based in Desford (LE9). This role involves working with acrylic materials to create high-quality products in a production environment. Key Responsibilities: Bending Acrylic Sheets: Using heat to form specific shapes from acrylic sheets. Acrylic Assembly: Using syringes to apply glue and smoothly bond acrylic pieces together. Cutting & Shaping: Accurately cutting and shaping acrylic components. Final Assembly: Putting together acrylic pieces to create finished products. Quality Control: Ensuring all assembled products meet high-quality standards. Requirements: Prior experience working with acrylic or similar materials is beneficial. Attention to detail and precision in handling and assembling delicate materials. Ability to follow instructions and work with care to ensure smooth, high-quality finishes. Must be physically fit to handle the demands of the role. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
