You will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service and assisting with contract management. Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Assistant :Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Assisting in the preparation, review, and management of client contracts and proposals.Communicating with clients to ensure their requirements are met throughout the contract lifecycle.Tracking and updating contract records, ensuring compliance with company policies and deadlines.Coordinating between the production team and clients to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.Supporting the sales team in managing client accounts and resolving any customer issues.Assisting with client onboarding and maintaining customer relationships.Preparing reports on customer service metrics and contract performance.Providing administrative support to the contracts and customer service teams, including data entry and file management.Participating in special projects and additional tasks as required. To be successful in this role you will be a willing worker, have experience providing excellent customer service both verbal and written, and be a team player.
