Job Ad: Marketing Campaign Producer Location: London, UK Contract Type: Fixed Term (23rd September 2024 - 22nd June 2025) Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 3 days in the office, 2 days remote Pay Rate: £350-£400 per day - Dependent on Interview performance About the Role: Are you passionate about shaping the future of entertainment? We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Producer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage the development, production, and delivery of 360 marketing campaigns for our original and exclusive shows. You will ensure that each element of a TV show or movie launch marketing campaign is completed on time and within budget, driving results in the most effective and efficient manner possible. Key Responsibilities: Creative Production Management: Oversee the creation of core marketing materials such as Key Art, Teasers, Trailers, A/V, Social, PR, and more. Stakeholder Coordination: Manage internal and external stakeholders, timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure seamless campaign execution. Collaborative Work: Work creatively with internal teams and external agencies to assess project requirements, obtain approvals, and ensure timely delivery. Promotional Material Production: Handle the production of key promotional materials, including TV spots, Radio, OOH, Print, Social, and Digital Display. Process and Job Tracking: Implement processes and procedures to keep deliverables on time and on budget. Campaign Management: Successfully manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritizing and project managing to meet deadlines. Localisation Management: Adapt global titles to local markets, following key processes. Issue Mitigation: Anticipate and mitigate blockers, manage escalations, and troubleshoot production issues. Communication: Consistently update stakeholders on progress, delays, issues, and budget or timing implications. Operational Solutions: Recognize and address cross-functional bottlenecks and workflow constraints.Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of campaign production experience. Experience in project management and creative production at an advertising agency, creative agency, or network/studio production company. Fluent in video, digital, and static formats with a strong understanding of asset management, production, and delivery. Detailed knowledge of marketing, production company, or digital creative department workflows. Experience with project management software and digital file management systems. Proven ability to manage a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel, working with geographically dispersed teams.Preferred Qualifications: Additional European languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish). Experience working with global cross-functional teams. AV post-production experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
