Payroll Advisor

White Horse Employment are exclusively partnering with a thriving, industry leading software based business in Wiltshire to aid their search for a Payroll Advisor. This company is backed by private-equity and have been experiencing significant growth which they only look to continue. Within this role you will have exposure to the end-to-end payroll process from creating pay slips to submitting reports to HMRC. You will develop both your experience as well as your technical knowledge with study support available alongside this role. There is also great flexibility on offer as you will only be required to be in the office once per week. A day-to-day could include: Performing payroll calculations. Ensure that pensions and salary sacrifice benefits are treated correctly. Ensuring that all payrolls are up-to-date with any relevant legislation. Having end-to-end ownership over a number of payroll processes. We are looking for someone with base knowledge in payroll & pensions who is keen to develop both their technical and on-the-job experience.
