Head of Learning & Development Role: Head of L&D Location: London & National Travel Salary: Up to £70,000 Travel Expenses Please Note: this is a national role with travel outside of London required. I am currently looking for a Head of L&D for an established hotel and hospitality brand in the UK. As Head of L&D you will rebuild and transform the Group L&D function – review, refresh and change the perception including getting the basics right. Working as part of the People Team, the Head of L&D will develop and implement a business aligned L&D strategy by providing a blended approach of E-Learning and face to face delivery. The L&D programmes will provide employees with relevant and engaging best in class learning opportunities to maximise potential, drive their journey to peak performance, and support the delivery of a succession pipeline.
