SOLICITOR – INDUSTRIAL DISEASE TEAM (GLASGOW/EDINBURGH) – 1 YEAR PQE+ Thompsons Solicitors is one of Scotland’s largest and most successful personal injury law firms. We are inviting applications to join our Industrial Disease (non-asbestos) Team in either our Glasgow or Edinburgh office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist individuals suffering from industrial diseases such as vibration-related injuries, noise-induced hearing loss, skin disease, and lung disease. You will be part of a supportive team and benefit from the mentorship of experienced professionals in this highly specialised field. Caseload Management: Work collaboratively with a team of like-minded professionals on a mix of pre-litigation and litigation cases. ~ Contribute to training and mentoring trainees. ~ Medical Expert Coordination: Liaise with and instruct medical experts ~ Legal Documentation: Draft a range of legal documents, including writs. ~ Our employee assistance and wellness programme provides support to help you succeed, both professionally and personally.
