Practical Information:Location: Wooburn Green, UK | Reports to: Operations Manager | Team size: 7 | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for the UK | Languages required: Fluent/professional level English, spoken and written | Work Arrangement: HybridAs our new Microsoft Licensing Specialist, you will be an integral part of delivering a first-class customer experience as we ensure clients have the correct license under the appropriate agreements, for the right users at the right time. Leveraging your skills and knowledge, you will collaborate closely with our sales teams to provide accurate licensing advice and pricing for their Microsoft products.Your responsibilities will include:Manage Microsoft Enterprise customers by providing licensing expertise, quotes, and true-up support for both new and existing clientsAdvise internal teams on licensing, pricing, amendments, and concessionsCollaborate with customers to address licensing needs and identify service opportunitiesSecure and expand business through upselling and cross-selling to current VL clientsWork effectively with your team and internal stakeholders for seamless collaborationYour Competencies:5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft software licensing (SAM-based or sales equivalent)Solid business acumen coupled with the ability to translate technical requirements into business termsIn-depth and strategic understanding of Microsoft Licensing programs, tools (Explore. ms, poet – partner self-service), and platformsUnderstanding of operations processes for transacting Microsoft Volume LicensingAbout You:Exceptional communication skills, complemented by solid presentation abilitiesPossess strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to acquire and retain new knowledge quickly and enthusiasticallyWhat’s on offer?Uncapped annual leave (post probation)Flexible working culturePension and life assurancePrivate medical insuranceFull spectrum of wellness perksUK Culture Committee – many events organized throughout the yearApply to join an award-winning employer!
