Marine Insurance 2-4 PQE LondonOur client is a leading international law firm renowned for its expertise in insurance litigation.Their specialist Marine casualty team assists multi-national shipping clients including:Shipowners;Charterers;Protection & Indemnity (P&I) clubs and their insurers and reinsurers in relation to their global exposure to claims for: Hull and Machinery (H&M);increased value;loss of hire;cargo;mortgagee's interest (MI);war;charterers' liability;ports and terminals; and general liability.
