Maintenance Assistant - Surrey Quays - Immdiate start  Ritz Recruitment is currently seeking a Temporary Maintenance Assistant to support our client, within their student accommodation site in Surrey Quays. This role is temporary full-time. ASAP Start. The successful candidate will assist the team in all-round general maintenance/handyman work involved in all aspects of the site. Key Responsibilities: Undertake general maintenance tasks in both internal and external areas of the building. Carry out plumbing tasks, such as unblocking toilets, replacing washers, and fixing taps. Assist with re-decorating rooms and general carpentry tasks, such as fixing doors and locks. Unblock sinks and descale shower heads. Move furniture and perform masticking as needed. Paint and decorate where required. Skills & Attributes: Proven experience in maintenance or handyman work, ideally within a residential/domestic setting. Experience in a trade i.e. plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work. Strong customer service skills and a team player mindset. Ability to adhere to all Health and Safety measures. Friendly, approachable, and helpful attitude.
