Harmonic are proud to announce we are leading the search for an award winning, rapidly scaling production agency supporting with their growth as they bring in huge new clients, in particular a huge automotive client which calls for an experienced Senior Account Manager/ Account Director to get their teeth into!

The Role
An incredible opportunity waits for someone who can nurture and grow these relationships with a proven background in production agencies and especially on automotive clients.
Reporting into the SLT and MD and directly line managing at least one junior, being a confident leader and supportive manager to the team is something that is key to the agency as all this adds to the standout culture and positive environment they have built.
Leading Client Comms is extremely important, being that key POC, nurturing the client and making them feel valued is a huge part of this role and having a proven background with this is going to be essential.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Proven background in developing client relationships and delivering work to an excellent standard whilst staying on brief.
- Establishing a level of trust with the client to then build it and expand on their projects and budgets, maximizing account profitability.
- Day-today delivery of campaigns, developing creative solutions and working collaboratively across departments with commercial and production teams.
- Managing and delivering on an influx of briefs, staying energetic, resilient and creative.
- Able to identify new and emerging trends and act on them, being a pro on the client’s business and knowing the ins and out of them.
What we need to see (essential):
- Experience working with media or production focused agency or where there has been a heavy production focus.
- TV, Photography, videography, social first, TVC, experience with these channels and executions.
- Automotive client experience is also a must
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrate experience managing a team of 1 or more.
- Managed clients from conception to delivery.
- Ability to work autonomously and responsible for multiple campaigns with the same client.
- Worked with big budgets previously and managed senior or stakeholder relationships.
Location: North London
Salary: £45,000-£55,000 per annum
