SEN Teaching Assistant

Job Title: SEN Classroom Assistant Location: Worthing School: SEN Primary & Secondary Salary: £81.75 daily Contract: Full Time & Part Time available Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with complex needs? Our school are dedicated to providing high-quality education and support for children with complex needs. As a SEN Classroom Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching staff to support students with a range of complex needs, including but not limited to autism, physical disabilities, and learning difficulties. Your main responsibilities will include: * Providing one-to-one support to students, assisting them with their learning and personal development. * Implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies. * Supporting students with activities of daily living, including personal care and mobility assistance. * Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. * Monitoring and recording student progress, and providing feedback to the teaching team.
