A globally successful property and construction consultancy are looking for an enthusiastic Building Surveyor to join their Manchester team. The Building Surveyors' role The successful Building Surveyor will benefit from wide industry exposure, working across both private and public sectors, to support the delivery of various prestigious and high-profile projects. The Building Surveyor will be responsible for providing professional services such as party wall advice, dilapidations, surveys and contract administration, working on schemes from feasibility through to design and handover. This position is ideal for a driven and determined Building Surveyor who's looking to work on iconic projects for globally recognised clients, solving complex problems that influence the future of the built environment. The Building Surveyor The Building Surveyor will ideally be an ambitious individual with both project and professional Building Surveying experience behind them.
