You’ll play a pivotal role in placing senior-level permanent and contract positions using our internal database and other platforms including LinkedIn. You’ll showcase excellent candidate management skills to build strong rapport and deliver a memorable candidate experience.What you’ll doBe the go-to tech recruitment expert for the commodities trading and fintech space.Nurture strong relationships with existing clients, from hiring managers to CTOs.Possess a deep understanding of various tech roles, from application support to engineering. C/ETRM expertise isn't essential, but it’s definitely a plus.Source top talent using diverse methods to build strong networks within the commodities trading and fintech space. Build talent pools segmented by specific tech skills, ensuring a ready supply of top candidates for future needs. Gain referrals to enhance the quality and reach of the talent pool.Manage the entire recruitment process, from writing compelling job adverts to screening candidates, making placements, and negotiating offers.What you’ll get The opportunity to build a world-class recruitment function from the ground up.Ownership of your own market, allowing you to develop your network and source talent using your expertise.A supportive and collaborative work environment that fosters continuous learning and growth.RequirementsFour years of experience in IT/tech recruitment.A deep understanding of the fintech or commodities trading landscape, ideally with expertise in at least one major commodity (power, gas, oil, LNG, or metals).Experience recruiting in major hubs such as London, New York, Boston, Houston, Switzerland, and Singapore.Strong expertise in various recruitment methods and the full recruitment process.A strong communicator with a passion for building relationships and a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences.Benefits25 days of annual leave plus your birthday off, a volunteer day, and an extra day's holiday for each year of service (up to 28 days).
