Great opportunity for a highly organised project support executive to join this busy team!
The Company
One of the most cutting edge live event production companies around, this fantastic business works closely with the who's who of events agencies to support in the delivery of conferences, awards shows, festival activations and more! As well as corporate events they have a dedicated team looking after the AV requirements of a range of exhibitions working closely with exhibition organisers.
The role
We are now supporting their busy events team with the hire of a Project Support Executive! The role is a busy one where you will be supporting the team in answering initial enquiries, taking messages and being the first port of call. You will book crew, as well as travel, accommodation and meals and be able to handle multiple tasks at any one time. Raising PO numbers and invoices on the system as well as dealing with any other logistics such as parcel delivery and collection are all part of this busy role!
About you
You will need a highly organised approach, with an excellent eye for detail and be able to communicate with team members, clients and contractors alike. Staying calm under pressure and being able to multi task are key. Experience in using IT systems, databases and Microsoft Office Suite are essential with office admin skills.
