Network Hr are leading a new retained search for a large scale, Senior Compensation Business Partner to lead EMEA, working for a FTSE listed business services firm based from London. This position will be the regional compensation lead for EMEA, reporting to the Global Director based in the US. A role which is very well scoped for a Reward Manager / Business Partner with international experience looking to broaden their skills and be developed into a leadership position.
Supported by a centralised team, this role will operate as the Senior Compensation Business Partner to business leaders and the regional HR leads, supporting on project-based and cyclical comp work. Other responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with the Compensation Director and team to manage all compensation programs efficiently and on time. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance their employee compensation initiatives, positioning the business as an employer of choice.
- Provide subject matter expertise, research, and analysis while offering high-level internal consulting support to Functional and Regional HR Business Partners.
- Address a variety of compensation issues related to your assigned locations, functions, cyclical compensation programs, and global projects.
- Act as a key member of the Regional EMEA Leadership Team (PLT), playing an active role in promoting compensation initiatives, gaining support, and participating in regional People Team projects.
- Support the HRBP that has primary accountability for the respective EMEA Work Councils/unions, ensuring that compensation strategies and policies comply with local regulations and labour agreements.
- Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and reporting requirements specific to the assigned region.
- Partner with HRBP’s to identify opportunities for improving the effectiveness of compensation initiatives within the assigned functions.
- Provide in-region education and guidance on compensation matters, empowering management to effectively attract, retain, and reward employees in line with business vision.
- Assist in the design, implementation, administration and governance of compensation programs and projects, while also providing Reward-focused support for non compensation processes and initiatives.
